NEI Receives Patent for Ballast Water Treatment System

Los Angeles, CA , January 24, 2005 - On January 11th, 2005, the US Patent & Trademark Office issued NEI Treatment Systems, LLC a patent for its Venturi Oxygen StrippingT System. The patent was initially filed on June 7th, 2002 in the US by NEI's founder and President, Peter McNulty. Patent applications are filed and is pending in 23 other jurisdictions around the world.
