John Bradley

JOHN BRADLEY

Chief Executive Officer And Chairman of the Board

John Bradley joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as a Partner and Director in 2004, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Company. Mr. Bradley was N.E.I.’s initial outside investor, providing the capital needed to commercialize the Venturi Oxygen Stripping™ (VOS™) System. Mr. Bradley has over twenty-five years of experience with developing startup organizations in a variety of industries ranging from transportation, home healthcare, pharmacy and real estate. This experience includes mergers and acquisitions, management of rapid internal growth, turnarounds, and successful exit strategies for the companies he has owned and managed. Prior to N.E.I., Mr. Bradley was the Founder and CEO of Quest Healthcare, a regional home healthcare provider with offices throughout the Western United States. Mr. Bradley attended the University of Oregon with a major in Finance.

Peter McNulty

PETER D. McNULTY

President And Director

Peter McNulty is Founder and President of N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC, and inventor of the Company’s patented Venturi Oxygen Stripping™ (VOS™) System, a leading ballast water treatment system used worldwide to comply with shipboard ballast water management regulations. Mr. McNulty has over twenty years of management and environmental engineering experience. Since 2002, he has been focused exclusively on developing and commercializing the VOS™ technology, preceded by thirteen years of designing, permitting, building and operating water treatment systems for the oil and power industries. Mr. McNulty is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1989. Mr. McNulty is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.

John Snyder

JOHN E. SNYDER

Vice President of Engineering

John Snyder joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as Vice President of Engineering in January 2010. Mr. Snyder has over thirty years of experience in management and engineering, including the marine and construction industries, developing commercial systems and products. His experience includes design engineering, project management, field operations and quality management. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Snyder was a director with JOA Group, an industrial construction firm, and previously spent fifteen years with Varco International, the leading engineering firm specializing in marine and offshore oil and gas systems, where he served as a manager in a variety of engineering, operational and quality functions. Mr. Snyder graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Giles Candy

GILES B. B. CANDY

Director of Global Sales

Giles Candy joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as a Project Manager in May 2006 and was promoted to Director of Project Management before assuming his current role as head of Global Sales in July 2010. Mr. Candy has over twenty years of experience in environmental consulting and project management. Prior to joining the Company, he was principally focused on air quality compliance and industrial waste water management. Mr. Candy played a key role in the Company’s early product development efforts and success at being first-to-market with a commercial ballast water treatment system, including authoring the industry’s first successful submittal for Type Approval Certification of a ballast water treatment system. Mr. Candy graduated from Lancaster University in England with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences.
