JOHN BRADLEY
Chairman Of The Board
John Bradley joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as a Partner and Director in 2004, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Company. Mr. Bradley was N.E.I.’s initial outside investor, providing the capital needed to commercialize the Venturi Oxygen Stripping™ (VOS™) System. Mr. Bradley has over twenty-five years of experience with developing startup organizations in a variety of industries ranging from transportation, home healthcare, pharmacy and real estate. This experience includes mergers and acquisitions, management of rapid internal growth, turnarounds, and successful exit strategies for the companies he has owned and managed. Prior to N.E.I., Mr. Bradley was the Founder and CEO of Quest Healthcare, a regional home healthcare provider with offices throughout the Western United States. Mr. Bradley attended the University of Oregon with a major in Finance.
CHRIS LUCAS
Director
Chris Lucas joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as a Partner and Director in 2009, following an investment in N.E.I. by Black Diamond Ventures. Mr. Lucas is Founder and Managing Director of Black Diamond Ventures and for over fifteen years has raised capital, held board positions and managed several of the Firm’s companies through successful IPOs or acquisitions, including DexCom, Inc. (DXCM), DivX Networks, Inc. (DivX), Overture, Inc. (which was acquired by Yahoo), and Preview Systems, Inc. (PRVW). In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of N.E.I., Mr. Lucas currently serves on the boards of several private companies and foundations, including Capella Photonics, Inc., Mogreet, Inc., and The Lucas Brothers Foundation. Prior to Black Diamond Ventures, Mr. Lucas held executive positions for over eighteen years in several venture-backed or privately held companies, including Global One Distribution and Merchandising, Inc., and Peripheral Systems, Inc. Mr. Lucas received an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles.
DON MORISSETTE
Director
Don Morissette joined N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC as a Partner and Director in 2011, following an investment in N.E.I. Mr. Morissette is President and CEO of DMH Holdings and has built a successful home building, land development and private investment business in Portland and central Oregon. Mr. Morissette has been active in the building industry for over 35 years, serving as president of the Portland Home Builders Association and being elected to the Home Builders Association Hall of Fame. Mr. Morissette was elected to public office, serving four years as a Metro Councilor (a Portland area regional governmental agency) and has worked with community leaders to find solutions for economic development and to bridge gaps in the housing market. As an investor, Mr. Morissette focuses his investments in public and private companies with leading edge technologies.
PETER D. McNULTY
President And Director
Peter McNulty is Founder and President of N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC, and inventor of the Company’s patented Venturi Oxygen Stripping™ (VOS™) System, a leading ballast water treatment system used worldwide to comply with shipboard ballast water management regulations. Mr. McNulty has over twenty years of management and environmental engineering experience. Since 2002, he has been focused exclusively on developing and commercializing the VOS™ technology, preceded by thirteen years of designing, permitting, building and operating water treatment systems for the oil and power industries. Mr. McNulty is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1989. Mr. McNulty is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
