N.E.I. Treatment Systems, LLC is headquartered in Long Beach, California and has been in business since 1997. Until 2002, the Company provided water treatment systems engineering and consulting to the Power and Oil industries. In 2002, N.E.I. began to focus exclusively on developing a technology solution to address the critical issues related to Ballast Water Treatment and Ballast Tank Proection.

Today, N.E.I. has achieved global reach with exclusive licensee, sales and service partnerships in twenty countries, including licensing of its VOS™ technology to strategic partners Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha, Ltd. in Japan and Samgong VOS Co., Ltd. in South Korea. In addition to having the exclusive rights to build and sell the VOS™ System within the Japanese and Korean markets, respectively, both Mitsubishi and Samgong manufacture and assemble VOS™ System components sold by N.E.I. to its global customers, thereby giving the Company unmatched ability to scale its operations and respond to customer requirements around the world.
